Phound Pink is a mobile messaging platform built exclusively for independent beauty consultants. It gives each consultant a dedicated business phone number and a compliant way to communicate with their own customers by text—for appointment reminders, order updates, customer service, and, where a customer has provided consent, promotional offers.

The platform is designed specifically for independent, direct-selling beauty businesses. Accounts are available only to eligible independent beauty consultants and are not offered to other businesses or third parties.

Each consultant maintains their own customer relationships and obtains consent directly from their customers. Customer consent is managed separately for each consultant and is never shared across consultants or with third parties. Every text message clearly identifies the sending consultant, and standard STOP and HELP requests are processed automatically so customers can easily manage their messaging preferences.
